Murray Property Holdings was initially founded in 2018. Our three Directors, Fraser, Peter and Stephen have been friends for over 20 years, providing a solid foundation for great business relationships.
Our Company values are built on trust, integrity and transparency. What sets us apart from many other similar companies is we are not oblivious to all the risks and potential pitfalls within property investments, as these challenges are part of life. What defines Murray Property Holdings is ‘how we deal with those circumstances’ when they arise and we believe this makes us different to many other companies.
We incorporate a high level of pre-project due diligence to help mitigate any potential pitfalls as much as possible and this will be displayed within any deal proposal.
Our VISION at Murray Property Holdings is to offer our Investors growth on their capital investments, whilst offering a handsfree service that is a safe investment return.
Our aim is to create affordable housing for families, transforming neglected tired properties into safe, modern and welcoming family homes.
