The design and build of the Mechanical and Electrical services within a new care home facility for West Dunbartonshire Council.
The project objective included the install, commissioning and delivery of an 85 bedroom multi purpose care facility and day care centre.
The project scope was to deliver a new 14 million pound high tech care home and day care centre at the new Queens Quay development. The project was completed for residents to occupy in December 2020.
Deliver electrical services to a mix of 42 flats with supported accommodation provided for the elderly/those with decreased mobility .
The project objective included the full delivery of the domestic electrical and amenity lighting services throughout 42 flats spread across 2 blocks and 4 storeys.
The project scope was to deliver a new 6 million pound flatted development on time and within budget for the client early spring 2019.
Deliver on time and within budget a new car rental facility for the airports rental partners
The project objective included installing new mechanical and electrical building services for the new 2.3 million pound car rental centre.
Due to working within the airport authorities live grounds we required a high level of management and liaising with the airport engineering department for controlled shutdowns at various stages of the project to link the building services to the airport site wide network.
